CERDUR® Y-TZP consists of yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide. It offers significant advantages in terms of wear resistance and contamination-free grinding.
- high density, high energy input
- high breaking stability e.g. 25 kN for the 7 mm ball
- homogeneous structure with high hardness
- Minimal wear and tear on grinding beads and mill parts
- Contamination-free and iron-free grinding
CERDUR® Y-TZP enables significant increases in productivity with a finer grain distribution at the same time. The grinding beads can also be used for aggressive products and are suitable for wet and dry grinding.
